    Now normally I’d avoid any resource that purported to provide a large number of pressure cooker recipes (1000, 200, 500, 100 or even 96) as I don’t believe anyone can develop and test a large number of original recipes of a particular type that are worth trying. Hence I initially thought, “93 Instant Pot Beef Recipes? Skip those.” However Sandy, a blogger posting under the name Simply Happy Foodie did something different. She reached out to “her community of awesome bloggers and asked them to share their favorite Instant Pot Beef Recipes.” Hence this collection of 93 favorite beef recipes from a number of different individuals. I stopped counting at 30 so these 93 recipes are from at least that number of bloggers and since they’re their favorites, they’re very likely to be worth trying.

      Hi Razzy! I got a little worried when I first started reading your comment! Then you got to the part about my blogging community. Thank you for acknowledging that part. I love my community, and have a lot of fun sharing recipes with them, and have made several of them, too! I hope you can find a few keepers in this collection for yourself to enjoy! I do have my own collection of about 25 ground beef recipes, and doubt it will ever get to be 93 of just mine, lol!
