Quick Pumpkin Pie Pudding is a tasty Fall dessert that you can make in minutes, and it’s easy to prepare. This pudding tastes like creamy pumpkin pie without a crust! A light dessert that’s perfect for Thanksgiving!

Easy Pumpkin Pudding
We all know that Fall is the time for pumpkin everything. Besides the pumpkin latte, pumpkin desserts are my favorite. Also, I really like pudding! This pumpkin pie pudding is a such great dessert.
This pudding recipe is quick because it uses a premade instant pudding mix and canned (or homemade) pumpkin puree. The instant puddings are a great base for many no-bake and no-cook dessert recipes. I tend to make more of these quick desserts during the busy Holiday season.
I think this pudding tastes even better the next day. The spices have more time to bloom and really shine! So this ends up being an excellent make-ahead dessert!
The pumpkin puree adds some nutritional value, as well as that yummy pumpkin flavor to this pudding. So I call it healthy-ish. You can substitute the milk for an alternative milk if you prefer.

I will add pumpkin puree to many of my recipes. As soon as the pie pumpkins are available at the market, I buy several and make my Homemade Pumpkin Puree recipe. You can freeze it, so it will last a long time.
A few of the recipes I like to add pumpkin puree to are Pumpkin Chili, Soup, and of course, my famous Pumpkin Cheesecake. I love the pumpkin puree in this Quick Pumpkin Pie Pudding recipe. It adds a healthy element to this dessert, and it tastes really fresh!
Of course, you can use canned pumpkin puree, and I often do, too. Just make sure to get the 100% pumpkin, and not the pumpkin pie mix.

I love pumpkin so I added the full can of Pumpkin and kept all the other ingredients at the same measurements. Delicious recipe, thank you for sharing!!!
I have a from scratch pudding that I love. (I use it to make banana pudding). I am thinking I could figure the measurments and make this with that as the base…hmmm…
That sounds yummy!
