Ranch Vegetable Dip
It's getting close to the season where we do more indoor activities. The kids are back in school, and football season and the Holidays are rapidly approaching!
How about a super delicious, super simple, 3-ingredient dip recipe that you can take to your Game Day get togethers, as well as any Holiday party you attend?
This Ranch Vegetable Dip recipe has been getting rave reviews from our friends, neighbors, and coworkers for over 15 years! It's so delicious!
Originally called "Joy Dip" because our friend Joy made it and shared the recipe with me many years ago. It never had a name, so we just called it Joy Dip, lol!
I changed the name so I could share it on my blog, and people would have a better idea of what it is.
The type of ranch powder I like for this recipe is "Uncle Dan's® Original Southern Classic Ranch". Uncle Dan's is the first ranch dressing I ever had back in 1983. We had a salad bar at school, and I loved it!
Joy still brings this dip to the parties she attends, and those partygoers still gobble it up!

Ranch Vegetable Dip is an easy, quick 3-ingredient dip. Mix up this ranch veggie dip to serve at a party, or as a Game Day dip for vegetables and chips!
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Ranch Powder (I prefer Uncle Dan's Southern Classic Ranch)
-
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
-
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving* (see Note).
*If you don't let this dip sit for at least 30 minutes after mixing it up it will taste too strongly of the ranch powder. The ranch powder needs time to absorb the moisture from the other ingredients.
