Can this be frozen? Can you use frozen peaches to make this? Thank you! Love everything peach!

    1. Sandy says:

Yes, just use an airtight container.

  2. jeff says:

Do you leave the skin on, or are the slices peeled?

    1. Sandy says:

      I left the skins on.

  3. Lisa says:

Try making this in the microwave?

    1. Sandy says:

No I haven’t. I’d be careful and do it in small increments so it doesn’t boil over.

  4. Kellie says:

Yummy!!! I decided not to strain it at the end. I’m using it for pancakes, so..peach chunks in my syrup..yummmmmm :). Thanks for this recipe!

    1. Sandy says:

On pancakes! I love that idea!

  5. Leigh says:

Have you made this without sugar?

    1. Sandy says:

No I haven’t as sugar/sweetening in a concentrated form is the goal with this recipe. Otherwise it will be just water and peaches. You might try honey, or maybe even Swerve, or other 1:1 ratio sweetener if you are trying to avoid sugar. For artificial sweeteners and honey, I wouldn’t add until after you have cooked the peaches and they cool down quite a bit.

  6. Tessa says:

Yum, this is so good in alcoholic beverages!
