Creamy Cilantro Dressing is a simple, yet very flavorful, salad dressing. Use it for anything from salads to grain bowls.

Salad dressings are one of those foods that I’m picky about. I can’t tell you how many bottled dressings I have tried, only to have them go bad in the fridge because we didn’t like them.

I learned a long time ago that it was better to just make my own dressings. Homemade salad dressing is easy to make, cheaper, and you can avoid ingredients that you can’t pronounce or are allergic to. Plus, I think they taste so much better!

Fresh is best! This Creamy Cilantro Dressing is very fresh tasting, and so versatile. I pour this stuff on grain bowls, tacos (a slightly modified version), salads, and dip Sweet Potato Steak Fries in it!

Rather than eating it with a spoon, though I have been tempted, this Creamy Cilantro Dressing goes on whatever veggies I have. I need this salad dressing in my fridge at all times!
