Croissant Bake
- 10-12 medium Croissants
- 5 large Eggs
- ยพ cup Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ยฝ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ยฝ teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves (not ground)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, minced (or dried, crushed)
- 8 ounces Swiss Cheese Slices
- 3 ounces Provolone Cheese Slices
- 12 ounces Sliced Deli Ham
Topping
- ยผ cup Honey
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ยผ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- ยฝ cup Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Prep
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish (bottom and sides) with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
- Cut the croissants in half (or in thirds if they are large).
Mix the Egg Mixture
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard, rosemary, dried thyme leaves.
Assemble the Casserole
