Tips For Great Air Fryer Fajitas

  • Depending on the size of your Air fryer, you may have to cook in batches. Do not overcrowd in the Air fryer.
  • Air fryer temperatures vary across different brands, so cooking time may vary slightly.
  • Do not slice the vegetables too thin so they do not burn or overcook.
  • Add a bit more fajita seasoning or some red pepper flakes for extra heat.
  • The recipe is low carb without the tortillas or rice.
  • Make gluten free by using rice or gluten free tortillas.
  • Use air fryer parchment liners for easier clean up.
  • Keep in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
