Air Fryer Steak Fajitas are super flavorful and easy to make. You will use less oil when air frying the steak and veggies.
- 1 pound Steak, sliced against the grain
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, divided
- 2 Tablespoons Fajita Seasoning (See my recipe link in Notes)
- ½ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- 3 Mixed Colors Bell Peppers, deseeded and sliced
- 1 medium Red Onion, chopped into strips
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
- Tortillas
- Cooked Rice
- Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- Avocado or Guacamole
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Lime Wedges

Preheat the air fryer to 375° F and spray the basket with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, season the steak slices with 1 Tablespoon olive oil, fajita seasoning and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, add the other 1 Tablespoon olive oil to the peppers and onions and toss to coat.

Add the veggies to the Air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.

Give the veggies a mix and then add the steak slices to the veggies in the air fryer. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, mixing once, until the steak is done to your liking.

When done, add the lime juice to the steak fajitas and toss to coat.

Serve warm with lightly toasted/warm tortillas, rice, sour cream, chopped cilantro and other garnishes of choice.
