I Need an Air Fryer!

If you are still looking for a good air fryer, I own and love these air fryers:
• Cosori 5.8-quart Air Fryer
• Instant Vortex Plus 10 Quart Air Fryer

Which Muffin Cups Work in the Air Fryer?

  • I like to use these Amazon Basics Reusable Silicone Baking Cups.
Silicone can withstand high heat, and are food safe. They work well in the air fryer.
  • There is also a great Air Fryer Accessory Kit that has a pizza pan, cake pan, muffin pan, and a few other useful accessories (check your air fryer size as these come in different sizes).

Cook the corn muffins on the air fry setting. The time will depend on how large the muffin cups you use. This recipe uses standard size.

Can I Make This in a Cake Pan?

  • Yes, if you have a shallow cake pan that fits in your air fryer, such as the one in this air fryer accessory kit, you can make this as a cornbread cake.
  • You will need to cook it about twice as long as the corn muffins.

I made the muffins and they turned out great. Did get regular flour rather than use my self rising flower. However, I got a new stove and it comes with an air fryer. Nice large basket!! Since it is so much larger than a countertop air fryer, I had to adjust the time. It took 20 minutes and they came out perfect.

These were easy and delish! My kids like to snack on different kinds of muffins so I made these for something different. They love them! I think these will be great with my chili recipe, too.
