How to Make Air Fry Ribs

Gather all of the ingredients together to help the process go faster. Cut the ribs into individuals and put them in a bowl.

Add the spices to the bowl, as well as the olive oil.

Mix the ribs, spices, and oil together until the ribs are all coated. Place the seasoned ribs into the air fryer basket.

Preheat the air fryer and then cook them, flipping over at the halfway point.

Barbecue Sauce Tips

  1. Use a bbq sauce that is a bit thick.
  2. Save some for dipping (Try warming it up).
  3. Mix it with honey and a little Sriracha for a nice kick of spice.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Baby Back Pork Ribs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Steak Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce is great)
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, steak seasoning and olive oil.

  2. Coat the ribs evenly with the spices and oil.

  3. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.

  4. Place the marinated ribs directly into the air fryer basket and cook them at 400° F for 15 minutes. Flip the ribs over at the 7 minute mark.

  5. After 15 minutes, take the ribs out and coat them on both sides with BBQ sauce. Use the tongs to help you grip and coat the ribs on the opposite side.

  6. Place the ribs back into the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400° F.

  7. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Serve with some extra barbecue sauce for dipping.
