Crispy, yet not hard. These Crostini are delicious as they come out of the oven, or topped with tasty condiments, like Whipped Feta Spread, or Olive Tapenade.

- 16 oz Loaf of French Bread
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Slice bread on the diagonal in about ½ inch thick slices.

Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.

Brush with olive oil.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until bread is just starting to turn golden.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Top with your favorite toppings.
You can rub a raw garlic clove on the unbaked crostini, after the olive oil, for added flavor.
