This Fancy Peach Margarita is so delicious and a perfect fit for a fancy party, not so fancy party, or even a backyard barbecue! Don't let the name fool you. I thought about posting this cocktail recipe on Friday, but geesh, Monday.

Easy Peach Margarita

Paul and I just danced together in our kitchen. I was listening to my iPod and an old song from the '70s came on, "My Love Is Alive" by Gary Wright. I don't know what it is about that song, but when I hear it I just want to be with Paul and dream, or dance. So to his mild surprise, I asked him to dance with me and put the iPod on the speakers.

I love how Paul just goes with it. He is a wonderful husband. And a pretty good dancer, too! We enjoyed these tasty Peach Margaritas tonight. Just because.

Today is Monday, and it feels good to let the stress go, dance in the kitchen, and indulge in a fancy cocktail! Why not?! A Fancy Peach Margarita doesn't have to be a "weekend only" cocktail.

This delicious cocktail uses my Peach Simple Syrup recipe, which is easy to make, and keeps well in the fridge.
