- Salt & Black Pepper (Just a little, for the chops)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Yellow Onion, diced
- 2 cups Chopped Mushrooms (6 ounces)
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (try my homemade recipe)
- ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- ¾ cup No-Salt Beef Broth (or Low Sodium)
