Ingredients
1-2TablespoonsKosher Salt(coarse salt, not table salt)
1TablespoonCoarse Black Pepper
1TablespoonCumin Powder
1TablespoonChili Powder
2TablespoonSmoked Paprika
1TablespoonSweet Paprika
1TablespoonGarlic Powder(or granulated garlic)
1TablespoonOnion Powder
2TablespoonsBrown Sugar
1teaspoonCayenne Pepper(or more for spicy)
Instructions
Add all spices to a container with a lid (I use a mason jar). If you are sensitive to salt, use only 1 Tablespoon (you can always add more if you like).
Shake well to mix.
Store with lid closed in a cool, dry place.
Notes
I suggest doubling this recipe and storing it in a jar with a lid as it keeps very well.
