Ingredients

  • 2 4-ounce Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Herbs
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Zest of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  • Begin the recipe by using the microwave to melt the butter in a small mixing bowl.
  • Once the butter has melted, add garlic powder, salt, Italian herbs, dried oregano and lemon zest. Mix together.
  • Brush the marinade over two salmon fillets, including the skin to avoid it sticking to the Air Fryer tray.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Place the marinated salmon fillets into the Air Fryer, skin side down, cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, take out of the Air Fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

Frozen Salmon Fillets
  • Set the salmon into the preheated air fryer and brush the marinade over the frozen salmon fillets.
  • Cook as you would fresh salmon. Check the temperature to ensure doneness. Add more marinade and time if necessary.
