Ingredients
1lbBaby Potatoes(or other potatoes*)
2-3TablespoonsOlive Oil
½teaspoonSalt(or to taste)
¼teaspoonPepper
1 ½teaspoonsGarlic Powder
½teaspoonOnion Powder
½teaspoonPaprika(optionally, use smoked for extra flavor)
½teaspoonDried Basil Leaves(or Italian seasoning)
½cupGrated Parmesan,divided
2TablespoonsChopped Parsley(for garnish)
Instructions
Rinse the potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Be sure to dry thoroughly. Set aside.
Mix the olive oil and the seasonings in a bowl.
Add ¼ cup of the parmesan and mix in.
Add the potatoes to the bowl and stir the potatoes to coat them with the mixture.
Add to the air fryer basket, spreading out so they don't touch. That way they will get crisp and not steamed.
Set the temperature to 400° F and cook for 15 minutes, tossing/stirring the potatoes halfway through the cook time.
Test the potatoes with a toothpick or small knife to see if they are tender enough for you. If not, just close the lid and cook for a few more minutes.
Remove to a serving dish and sprinkle the hot potatoes with the remaining parmesan and some chopped parsley.
Notes
*Cut larger sized potatoes into smaller pieces before seasoning and cooking.
