  • 2 cups Chex Cereal
  • ½ cup Cheerios Cereal
  • 1 cup Pretzels Sticks
  • ½ cup Mini Pretzels
  • ½ cup Peanuts, roasted, unsalted
  • 1 cup Oyster Crackers
  • stick Salted Butter

  • Add the Chex cereal, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl, and mix well.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the remaining ingredients and stir until it starts to boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the mix and using a spatula, toss the mix until fully coated and absorbed.
  • Add the mix to the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 4 minutes*. Then shake the mixture after 4 minutes and then cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet or in a large dish to cool before enjoying.

Notes

*Air fryers vary in size and power, so you may need to cook in batches, and/or adjust cook time for desired results.

Oven Directions

Preheat oven to 250°F. After mixing with the sauce, pour the mix onto a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on paper towels.
