Air Fryer Salmon

Air Fryer Salmon is an easy air fryer recipe that gives your salmon a lightly crisped outside and a juicy, flaky inside.

Ingredients

  • 2 4-ounce Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Herbs
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Zest of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Begin the recipe by using the microwave to melt the butter in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Once the butter has melted, add garlic powder, salt, Italian herbs, dried oregano and lemon zest. Mix together.

  3. Brush the marinade over two salmon fillets, including the skin to avoid it sticking to the Air Fryer tray.

  4. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.

  5. Place the marinated salmon fillets into the Air Fryer, skin side down, cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.

  6. After 10 minutes, take out of the Air Fryer and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Frozen Salmon Fillets

  • Set the salmon into the preheated air fryer and brush the marinade over the frozen salmon fillets.
  • Cook as you would fresh salmon. Check the temperature to ensure doneness. Add more marinade and time if necessary.
