Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 2 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 6 oz Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
  • ½ - 1 (2 liter) bottle Ginger Ale (or Lemon-Lime Soda)
  • 4-6 cups Vodka (optional), see Notes
  • Frozen Cranberries (optional for garnish)

Instructions

*Punch

  • When you fill a large punchbowl, make sure it is sitting where you want it first so you don't have to try and move it after it is full!
  • Pour the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lemonade concentrate, and ginger ale, and vodka, if using, into a punchbowl and stir. Make sure you leave enough room for your spooky ice sculptures!

Spooky Ice Sculptures

  • For the hands, fill the food safe glove ¾ full with water (or use juice so you don't water down your punch). Tie them like a balloon, or twist the end and use a strong clamp to keep it closed and lay as flat as possible in the freezer (possibly on a tray).
  • When frozen solid, take them out of the freezer and very gently cut the gloves off using small scissors or knife. Be careful not to break the fingers!
  • Add them to the punch just before your guests arrive.

Notes

*Chill the juices and soda and add as close to party time as you can so the icy hands don't melt too quickly!

**Make extra icy hands so you can add more.

Non-Alcoholic Fillers (If You’re Skipping the Vodka)

Want this as a family-friendly mocktail? Swap the vodka 1:1 with any of these (or mix and match):
  • Club Soda or Plain Seltzer – Keeps the fizz and cuts sweetness. Use 4–6 cups.
  • More Ginger Ale or Lemon-Lime Soda – Classic, extra bubbly. Use 4–6 cups.
  • Cranberry Seltzer – Bright color/flavor without extra sugar. Use 4–6 cups.
  • Apple Cider + Seltzer – Cozy fall twist that’s not too sweet: 2–4 cups cider + 2 cups seltzer.
  • Half Cranberry Juice Cocktail + Half Club Soda – Balanced and vibrant. Use 4–6 cups total.
Pro Tip: Add fizzy fillers right before serving to keep the bubbles. Taste and adjust—add a squeeze of lemon juice for more tartness or a splash of ginger ale/pineapple juice for more sweetness. Serve very cold over ice.

Yield

  • About 1½–2 gallons (24–33 8-ounce servings), depending on soda and vodka added.
  • Note: Yield doesn’t include ice; serving over ice increases pours.
