Boursin Cheese (Garlic & Herb),
or Cream Cheese

Instructions
Add chicken to the crock and brush with the sun dried tomato oil on both sides.
Sprinkle the paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and oregano over both sides of the chicken.
Pour in the broth, then add the garlic and sun dried tomatoes over the chicken.
Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours, or until chicken is done and reaches 175° F (dark meat).
Remove the chicken to a bowl and use 2 forks to shred the meat. Set aside.
Add the parmesan, Boursin (or cream cheese), spinach, and basil leaves to the crock and use a fork to whisk it until the cheese has melted.
Add the chicken back into the crock and stir well.
Serve as desired. I recommend serving with potatoes, rice, cauliflower rice, pasta, or on a bun.

Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
