Ingredients
2 - 3cupsPumpkin Seeds(rinsed and strained)
1 - 2TbspMelted Butter(or olive oil) just enough to coat seeds lightly
½tspSalt(or to taste)
Spicy (add a healthy pinch of your favorites)
1tspOlive Oil
pinchSea Salt
pinchSmoked Paprika
pinchGarlic Powder
pinchChipotle Chili Powder
pinchCurry Powder
Sweet & Spicy
1tspMelted Butter
1tspSugar
1tspBrown Sugar
pinchCinnamon
pinchNutmeg
pinchGinger Powder

1tspOlive Oil
½ - 1tspRanch Dressing Powder
Instructions
Rinse them in a strainer, shake them to get most of the water off, and spread them out on a baking sheet.
Put them into a 300 degree (F) oven for 15-20 minutes to dry.
Take out of the oven and toss with olive oil or butter, and salt and/or spices or your choice.
Put them back in the oven at 300 degrees (F) for 15-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they get golden brown.
Notes
1. The trick to perfectly roasted pumpkin seeds is a low oven temperature.
2. Drying them before adding the butter and roasting ensures a crisp pumpkin seed that will have the perfect crunch!
