Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes
  • 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika (optionally, use smoked for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil Leaves (or Italian seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan, divided
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Be sure to dry thoroughly. Set aside.

  2. Mix the olive oil and the seasonings in a bowl.

  3. Add 1/4 cup of the parmesan and mix in.

  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and stir the potatoes to coat them with the mixture.

  5. Add to the air fryer basket, spreading out so they don't touch. That way they will get crisp and not steamed.

  6. Set the temperature to 400° and cook for 15 minutes, tossing/stirring the potatoes halfway through the cook time.

  7. Test the potatoes with a toothpick or small knife to see if they are tender enough for you. If not, just close the lid and cook for a few more minutes.

  8. Remove to a serving dish and sprinkle the hot potatoes with the remaining parmesan and some chopped parsley.
