Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder (mild)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Corn Starch
  • ½ teaspoon Tajin (optional) a Mexican season blend with lime

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients together and put in a 1 cup mason jar with a lid. Give it a good shake to mix it up.
  • Store in a cool, dark place.

Notes

I recommend making a double batch at a time.
