- 1 pound Ground Pork (or turkey, chicken)
- 4 Green Onions chopped, green and white parts divided
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
- 2 12-ounce bags Broccoli Slaw (or Coleslaw Mix)
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (I use low sodium)
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons Rice Wine Vinegar
Garnish
- Green parts of chopped green onions
- Cilantro, chopped
- Sesame Seeds
- Sriracha
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground pork and white parts of green onions. Cook, breaking up the meat until browned.
Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli slaw, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar. Stir and cook about 5 minutes, until the broccoli slaw is tender.
Serve with the green parts of chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and sriracha or other sauce you like.
