1poundGround Pork(or turkey, chicken)
4Green Onionschopped, green and white parts divided
4clovesGarlic,minced
1TablespoonGrated Ginger
212-ounce bagsBroccoli Slaw(or Coleslaw Mix)
3TablespoonsSoy Sauce(I use low sodium)
1TablespoonSesame Oil
2teaspoonsRice Wine Vinegar
Garnish
Green parts of chopped green onions
Cilantro,chopped

Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground pork and white parts of green onions. Cook, breaking up the meat until browned.
Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli slaw, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar. Stir and cook about 5 minutes, until the broccoli slaw is tender.
Serve with the green parts of chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and sriracha or other sauce you like.
