Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Pork (or turkey, chicken)
  • 4 Green Onions chopped, green and white parts divided
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 2 12-ounce bags Broccoli Slaw (or Coleslaw Mix)
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (I use low sodium)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Wine Vinegar

Garnish

  • Green parts of chopped green onions
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Sriracha

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground pork and white parts of green onions. Cook, breaking up the meat until browned.
  • Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the broccoli slaw, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar. Stir and cook about 5 minutes, until the broccoli slaw is tender.
  • Serve with the green parts of chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and sriracha or other sauce you like.
