Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Boneless Pork Loin Roast
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Spice Rub (see notes for recipe)

Instructions

  • Pat the pork roast dry using paper towels. Coat the roast in oil, using a silicone brush.
  • Coat the pork roast with the spice rub, and rub it in. Set aside. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 360°F.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned roast in the air fryer basket with the layer of fat side up.
  • Cook at 360°F for 35-45 minutes. Check the internal temperature of the meat at the 35 minute mark, using a digital meat thermometer. Cook longer if needed.
  • Remove the roast when it is 140°F, then let the meat rest on a plate for about 5-10 minutes before cutting (the internal temperature will keep rising as the roast rests, and should be 145°F or a little higher before consuming.). Larger roasts will need a longer cook time.
  • Use the juices in the bottom of the air fryer basket to drizzle over the servings, if desired.
