Easy Air Fryer Salmon

Salmon is a perfect food to cook in the air fryer. It comes out moist and flaky, and doesn’t take very long. You can cook a little or a lot, and make a delicious, healthy meal.

– Salmon Fillets – Butter – Garlic Powder – Italian Herbs – Dried Oregano – Lemon – Salt

Begin the recipe by using the microwave to melt the butter in a small mixing bowl.

Once the butter has melted, add garlic powder, salt, Italian herbs, dried oregano and lemon zest. Mix together.

Brush the marinade over two salmon fillets, including the skin to avoid it sticking to the Air Fryer tray.

Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.

Place the marinated salmon fillets into the Air Fryer, skin side down, cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
