Recipe Notes

Homemade Fajita Seasoning Recipe

  1. Depending on the size of your Air fryer, you may have to cook in batches. Do not overcrowd the Air fryer.
  2. Air fryer temperatures vary across different brands, so cooking time may vary slightly.
  3. Do not slice the vegetables too thin so they do not burn or overcook .
  4. Add a bit more fajita seasoning or some red pepper flakes for extra heat.
  5. The recipe is low carb without the tortillas or rice.
  6. Make gluten free by using rice or gluten free tortillas.
  7. You could use air fryer parchment liners for easier clean up.
  8. Keep in the fridge in an air-tight container for 3 days.
