Crostini

Crostini are toasted bread ready for yummy toppings. We love it for Bruschetta!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Loaf of French Bread
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Slice bread on the diagonal in about ½ inch thick slices.

  3. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.

  4. Brush with olive oil.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until bread is just starting to turn golden.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool.

  7. Top with your favorite toppings.

Recipe Notes

You can rub a raw garlic clove on the unbaked crostini, after the olive oil, for added flavor.
