Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs Chicken Wings (flat & drummette pieces separated)

Basic Marinade

  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • ¼ cup Canola Oil
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic (pressed, or 3 tsp from a jar)
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1-2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to marinate from 1 to 4 hours, or overnight*.

  2. Add the wings in a layer in the air fryer basket or on a rack (depending on style of air fryer).

  3. Air fry at 360° for 10-12 minutes. Then flip over and cook for 10-12 minutes on the other side. The cook time will depend on how large the wings are. This recipe is for drummette and flat pieces. Small pieces take less time. Larger pieces take more time.

  4. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
