Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp Raw Honey (use a little more if strawberries are not sweet)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (about 1 lime)
  • ½ tsp Lime Zest
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or more to taste)
  • pinch of Pepper
  • 1 lb Strawberries, diced
  • 2 Jalapeños, diced
  • ½ sm Red Onion, diced
  • ½ cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the strawberries, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Mix together.

  3. Let stand for 15-30 minutes so the strawberries can release some of their juice and the flavors can marry.

  4. Serve on tacos, over chicken, as a dip for chips, or whatever you like!
