Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth (use ½ cup for small head of cabbage)
  • 6 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 head Green Cabbage, chopped into 1"-2" pieces
  • ½ teaspoon Salt (or more/less to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper (or more/less to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add the broth and butter to the pot.

  2. Add the chopped cabbage.

  3. Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.

  4. Press the Pressure Cook/Manual button or dial, then the +/- button or dial to select 5 minutes. High Pressure. The pot will take several minutes to come to pressure.
