Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt (coarse salt, not table salt)
  • 1 Tablespoon Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder (or granulated garlic)
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (or more for spicy)

Instructions

  1. Add all spices to a container with a lid (I use a mason jar). If you are sensitive to salt, use only 1 Tablespoon (you can always add more if you like).

  2. Shake well to mix.

  3. Store with lid closed in a cool, dry place.

Recipe Notes

I suggest doubling this recipe as it keeps very well.
