Ingredients

  • 4 (6-8 oz) Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Hot Wing Sauce*
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks Cream Cheese, room temp. cubed
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Blue Cheese Dressing (or Ranch)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half and add to a sprayed 4 qt or 6 qt slow cooker.

  2. Pour the hot wing sauce over the chicken and add the cubed cream cheese.

  3. Cook on Low for 2 to 3 hours, or until chicken is done.

  4. Remove the chicken and shred it. Then add it back into the crock.

  5. Stir well, until the cream cheese is fully incorporated. Then stir in the shredded cheese and the dressing. Let the cheese melt before serving.

  6. Keep on Warm setting and enjoy this dip on crackers, celery sticks, bread, or lettuce leaves as a wrap.

Recipe Notes

*Use more or less hot wing sauce to taste. The good thing is that you can add more after cooking. I like to use the Frank's® brand.
