Pea Salad with Smoked Turkey is a tasty side or main dish salad. You can also use either bacon or ham. Simply delicious!
Put peas in a bowl and add the turkey, cheese, and onion.
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and the seasonings. Stir well to combine.
Pour dressing over the salad and mix until all of the salad is coated.
Cover the bowl and put the salad in the fridge to develop flavors for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled.
*You can also use cubed ham or cooked bacon in place of the smoked turkey.
Use any cheese that you like. My favorites are Cheddar, Mozzarella, Swiss, and Gouda.
