Ingredients

  • 16 oz Frozen Peas, partially thawed (or use fresh)
  • 8 oz Smoked Turkey Breast*, diced
  • 6 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion, finely minced
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dill Weed, dried
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Put peas in a bowl and add the turkey, cheese, and onion.

  2. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and the seasonings. Stir well to combine.

  3. Pour dressing over the salad and mix until all of the salad is coated.

  4. Cover the bowl and put the salad in the fridge to develop flavors for 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Serve chilled.

Recipe Notes

*You can use cubed ham or cooked bacon in place of the smoked turkey.
