Ingredients

  • 10 Chicken Wings
  • 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Salt

Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • ½ cup Hot Sauce (Wing Sauce such as Frank's)
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Gather all of the ingredients together. Pat the chicken wings dry.

  2. Add the chicken wings to a mixing bowl, then add the flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Toss together, making sure that all of the wings are coated.

  3. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.

  4. Shake off any excess flour into the mixing bowl and arrange the chicken wings in the air fryer tray. Do not crowd them on the tray. Cook in batches if necessary.

  5. Cook the chicken wings for 18-20 minutes at 400°F, turning the chicken wings over at 10 minutes.

  6. In a small saucepan add the honey, hot sauce and butter.

  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium-high heat, stirring continuously.

  8. Take the chicken wings out of the Air Fryer and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the cooked wings. Coat the chicken wings with the hot sauce mixture then place on a serving dish.

  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. We like Blue cheese dressing and ranch.
